  • How long does the program last?

    We get started on Monday, July 13th and the program ends September 15th.

  • What is included in the program?

    (1) Access to a secure, private web portal with videos + audios + exercises + discussion

    (2) Live group coaching (via Zoom) every other week on Monday evenings @6:30pm for 60-90 minutes depending on group size

    (3) One private coaching session

    (4) Private discussion group (not Facebook)

    5) Priority email support

  • How long will I be able to access the content?

    For this initial cohort, you will have lifetime access to course content, including videos and worksheets.

  • Will the group sessions be recorded in case I miss one?

    Yes! All group sessions are conducted via Zoom and are recorded for future viewing.
